Scope
Sedgman's involvement in the Kanga Potash project included completing a pre-feasibility study and a feasibility study, ensuring that all technical and economic parameters were thoroughly assessed. Additionally, the development of the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Build, Own, Operate (BOO) packages was completed to facilitate the procurement and construction phases of the project.
Outcome
With the studies and packages now completed, the client has approved the project, which is poised for the next stages of development, ultimately aiming for efficient potash production through solution mining.
