Scope
Sedgman played a key role in various stages of the project, having completed thorough due diligence, scoping, and pre-feasibility studies. Additionally, the team successfully delivered a definitive feasibility study, a solution mining pilot plant, process development, and a process pilot plant, all of which contributed to refining the project's technical approach and ensuring its viability. Recently, Sedgman has been involved in the Front End Engineering Design (FEED) phase of the project to advance the project closer to the implementation phase.
Outcome
As a result of Sedgman's comprehensive involvement, the Dallol Potash project is poised to move forward with the implementation of a robust solution mining operation, ensuring high-quality SOP production that meets both client and market expectations.
