What We Deliver

We provide full process plant operation management and implementation with a focus on safe production, disciplined site leadership and consistent operating performance. This includes practical site routines, operating procedures, production reporting, shift handover expectations and day-to-day coordination of plant operating priorities. 

We establish and sustain the operating model needed for processing assets, including site management structures, production targets, workforce routines, client interface rhythms, operating procedures and control mechanisms such as shift logs, production reports, delay sheets and issue escalation pathways - to support reliable plant operation. 

We coordinate onsite maintenance planning and execution so production priorities, equipment availability, maintenance schedules and shutdown requirements remain connected. This includes planned and unplanned work, work orders, work packs, preventive maintenance routines, lubrication and inspection schedules, close-out reporting and practical alignment between operations and maintenance teams. 

We deliver a systematic spare parts management so critical components, consumables and maintenance materials can be identified, stored, preserved and made available for maintenance activity. This includes strategic and critical spares lists, enterprise system inventory processes, preservation controls, purchasing inputs, site inventory management and availability checks for onsite and offsite spares. 

We support the operational interface with procurement and materials supply so maintenance teams have clearer access to the parts, tooling, labour and services required to complete work. This includes alignment with operations procurement plans, standing agreements for common or critical supply, and purchasing pathways for maintenance requirements. 

We support operating procedures, records and reporting that help maintain control of site activity. This can include standard operating procedures, start-up and shutdown procedures, process monitoring procedures, inspection and lubrication schedules, production reports, delay sheets, logbooks and other records that support consistent operation.
