What We Deliver

We support operating sites with practical mechanical input for fixed plant, materials handling systems and associated infrastructure. This can include issue diagnosis, inspection support, maintenance input, equipment modification advice, materials handling improvement, spillage or blockage rectification support, and technical assistance for site maintenance teams.

We support electrical assets and electrical maintenance requirements within operating plants. This can include support for electrical maintenance tasks, statutory electrical maintenance context, equipment history inputs, electrical issues and advice, and practical technical guidance for site teams working with electrical plant and infrastructure.

We support instrumentation and controls so sites can maintain and improve the systems that help operators run the plant safely and consistently. This can include instrumentation optimisation, instrument setting sheets, protection settings, PLC and SCADA maintenance, Citect / operator interface support, control loop tuning, VVVF drive configuration inputs, and support for PLC and communication networks.

We support site teams through off-site and remote technical assistance where appropriate. Operations support EIC engineers can provide support for SCADA and PLC maintenance, remote modifications, plant sequencing optimisation, troubleshooting, control system audits, alarm / trend review and operator coaching through the operator interface where this is available and appropriate.

We help sites investigate technical constraints and implement practical improvements to reduce downtime and improve operating confidence. This can include troubleshooting electrical and control system issues, reviewing pump or flotation cell loading, analysing trends and alarms, identifying repeated fault details, documenting support provided and recording opportunities for improvement.

We support the maintenance documentation and control requirements that help mechanical, electrical and instrumentation work remain visible and manageable. This can include maintenance matrices, software management plans, site network diagrams, software registers, MCC data, issue registers, work request monitoring, support reports and documented lessons learned where relevant.
