We test dependencies, critical path logic, long-lead item exposure, package timing, budget logic site access constraints and jurisdiction-specific logistics assumptions before execution begins. 

We shape procurement strategy and vendor management planning so critical packages, sourcing approaches, vendor engagement and commercial pathways are aligned with the project schedule, market conditions, technical requirements and execution priorities. Early engagement with OEMs, specialist suppliers and fabricators helps confirm long-lead items, vendor data requirements, preliminary drawings, interface points, constructability considerations and package boundaries. Where local supply or participation targets apply, we consider how package strategy, supplier prequalification, market sounding and procurement timing can support those outcomes while maintaining technical, commercial and schedule requirements. 

We define construction methodology and logistics planning with a practical view of site conditions, construction sequencing, access, transport, laydown, cranage, temporary works, package interfaces, modularisation opportunities and delivery constraints. Through constructability reviews, logistics assessments and engineering–procurement–construction alignment, we test how the project can be built, commissioned and handed over safely and efficiently. This helps identify where methodology, logistics, labour availability, local contractor capacity or jurisdiction-specific site constraints may affect schedule, cost, risk and rework before execution begins. 

We plan for commissioning and start-up early so systemisation, verification, handover, ramp-up and operational readiness requirements are considered before field execution begins. We leverage decades of commissioning experience and tailored tools to support structured and effective planning.
