What We Deliver

We help define the controls needed to manage cost, schedule, progress, risk, change and reporting as a project moves toward delivery. Sedgman uses established project controls, cost, schedule, document management and reporting tools to support baseline planning, progress measurement, commitments, forecasting, change control and governance reporting appropriate to the project phase and delivery model. We help shape reporting and visibility requirements so project teams can monitor progress, identify variance and track actions in a way that supports timely decision-making.

We support structured risk review and action tracking so material risks are owned, monitored and closed out. Control effectiveness can be tested by confirming whether controls are defined, assigned, implemented, evidenced and reducing residual exposure. This keeps risk decisions connected to project controls, contingency management and governance reporting.

We help clients define the process, throughput and delivery risks that could affect project performance before commitments are made. This includes testing the assumptions behind design capacity, availability, utilisation, feed variability, equipment selection, ramp-up, operating philosophy, commissioning sequence and interface dependencies. By translating these assumptions into measurable risk points, controls and review actions, Sedgman supports a clearer basis for assessing whether proposed performance targets and throughput expectations are achievable and monitorable.

We define project audits and readiness reviews that test whether requirements, controls and execution plans are ready for the next decision point. Audits are aligned to project execution plans, management system requirements, and applicable ISO-certified processes, helping clients verify agreed ways of working, identify gaps early and close corrective actions before progression.
