This can include construction sequencing logic, installation constraints, logistics considerations, modularisation and transportability inputs, temporary works interfaces, brownfield tie-ins and execution risks that may affect cost, schedule or safety. 

We facilitate constructability reviews that test whether designs can be built safely, efficiently and practically. Our teams consider access, lifting, installation sequence, site constraints, maintenance requirements, construction interfaces and the experience of project delivery teams before designs move too far into execution. 

We review design and construction interfaces so project teams can identify coordination risks earlier. This can include discipline interface checks, vendor information alignment, construction access, commissioning access, shutdown or tie-in logic, and the sequencing assumptions needed to support practical delivery planning. We develop and review 4D construction sequencing models where they add value to delivery planning. By linking design model elements with schedule logic, construction methodology and key site constraints, 4D modelling helps project teams visualise how construction will progress over time, test sequence assumptions, identify access or interface risks earlier, and support clearer communication between engineering, construction, procurement and client teams.
