What We Deliver

We provide Owner’s Engineer services that support clients with project management, procurement support, project controls and contractor activity coordination. This can include monitoring implementation activity, reviewing technical information, supporting governance processes and providing experienced project input to help clients maintain effective oversight.

We review project documentation and technical deliverables to help clients understand whether design, procurement, construction and verification information is aligned with project requirements. This can include FEED, detailed design, final design or as-built documentation review, process design support and technical comment management.

We support procurement and vendor interfaces through review, inspection and test-related inputs where relevant. This can include factory inspection witnessing, factory acceptance test witnessing, pre-shipment inspection support, vendor documentation review and coordination of technical inputs needed for informed owner decisions.

We assist with readiness and verification activities that support project progression. This can include witnessing and documenting mechanical completion and pre-commissioning activities, defining performance test methods, witnessing tests and providing supporting documentation where relevant to the owner’s role and project phase.

We supplement client teams with practical project, engineering and delivery expertise so internal teams can access additional capacity and specialist knowledge when required. This support can help clients manage project interfaces, coordinate inputs, review progress, prepare for key decisions and respond to technical or delivery issues as they arise.
