What We Deliver

We define practical construction methodologies using sequencing, site constraints, access, laydown, safety and interface requirements. Where useful, 4D model-based construction sequencing helps execution teams visualise work fronts, handovers and key interfaces before site activity accelerates, improving alignment and readiness for field delivery.

We develop preassembly and modular-based construction strategies to reduce on-site labour demand, lower exposure to high-risk work activities, improve installation efficiency and support delivery in remote or constrained locations. This can include modularisation reviews, preassembly scope definition, transport and lift considerations, and alignment between fabrication, logistics and installation needs.

We manage greenfield construction by establishing clear execution pathways for new-build environments, from access, laydown, enabling works, bulk earthworks and foundations through assembly, installation and interface management. Our approach aligns sequencing, workface planning, mobilisation, materials availability and field coordination so construction can progress safely and efficiently from early works to handover.

We manage brownfield construction with a focus on minimising operational disruption while safely delivering work around existing assets, tie-ins, isolations, access constraints and live-plant interfaces. Our approach considers staging, shutdown windows, permit-to-work and isolation requirements, temporary works, bypass arrangements and constructability around operating plant, supported by close coordination between operations, maintenance, engineering and construction teams to manage interface risk and maintain continuity.
