Our approach moves progressively from construction verification and pre-commissioning into energisation, dry commissioning, wet commissioning, production ramp-up and optimisation. What We Deliver

We develop commissioning plans, systemisation approaches and documentation frameworks that support a controlled transition from construction completion to start-up. This includes defining commissioning areas, systems, subsystems, sequence logic, responsibilities, readiness steps and handover requirements, supported by completions management, commissioning checklists, test packs, punch-list controls and project document management systems that give teams a single view of status, evidence and outstanding actions. 

We define and implement verification and testing regimes that help confirm construction quality, system integrity and readiness before live operations begin. This includes inspection and test plans, field verification records, commissioning checklists, test procedures, acceptance criteria, readiness gates and evidence capture within completion and quality systems so defects, non-conformances and punch-list items can be tracked through to close-out.  

We support construction verification and energisation readiness to help confirm installed works are safe, complete and aligned with design and inspection requirements. This can include mechanical completion walkdowns, equipment inspections, alignment checks, continuity testing, protection settings, functional checks and controlled energisation preparation. 

We support dry and wet commissioning to progressively prove equipment, systems and controls before loading the plant into production duty. This can include no-load testing, motor runs, valve stroking, hydraulic functions, loop tuning, sequence testing, wet testing, process-fluid introduction and defect close-out as commissioning progresses. 

We assist production ramp-up and optimisation so process systems can move from initial operation toward stable, measurable performance. This includes practical support for start-up issues, system balancing, operating adjustments, bottleneck visibility, operator support and ramp-up actions that help the asset move toward intended production outcomes. 

We support performance testing and verification to help clients confirm design intent, assess operating performance and identify remaining issues before final acceptance or handover milestones. This can include performance test planning, test witnessing, evidence capture, issue tracking and performance verification reporting.
