Anson Resources’ Green River Lithium Project in Utah, USA is progressing into its next stage, with Sedgman, a member of ACS Group, leading the integration of the engineering and technical inputs that will shape the project’s future.
This phase will focus on refining design assumptions from the front-end planning stage one scoping study, resolving interfaces and progressing towards a detailed project definition.
The focus now shifts to how each part of the system integrates. From brine extraction through to lithium carbonate production, utility infrastructure and waste stream management, the study is advancing as a single, coordinated solution. Sedgman is responsible for bringing these elements together, aligning inputs across process design, wellfield development and supporting infrastructure into a consolidated flowsheet and mass balance. In parallel, Sedgman is collating the capital and operating cost estimates to AACE Class 3 standard, supporting an accuracy range of ±25% and providing the level of confidence required for investment-stage decisions.
It marks the next step in de‑risking the project and supports progression towards final investment decision. It is a key point in the lifecycle, where engineering disciplines come together, interfaces are aligned and the path to execution becomes clearer.
For Sedgman, this work reflects our role as a technology integrator – translating complexity into coordinated, fit‑for‑purpose solutions that support reliable scale-up across critical minerals projects.
